And tank, considering his subdermal armour plating, but boosted strength and carrying around a weapon that could generously be called a pistol that shoots through vehicle armour, this particular user of the name Janus (albeit, it's not his real name here) has an underworld reputation for seriousness, indestructibility, and always getting the job done.
When the rest of the team is drinking and laughing about their run, he's the one polishing his gun, having only one drink, and keeping an eye out to make sure things don't go bad after the fact. It's kept this particular member of Thylacoleo carnifex alive long enough to have a rep, and that's really what matters.
