So, not really a model I made per-se, rather liberated yoinked from the Gmod workshop, so credit is due to the original maker of it. All that I did was completely redo the rig of it and some minor texture work.

Well...no doubt this is gonna be considered an 'Illegal' protogen, but don't really care since I don't really plan on doing any heavier modifications to the model. Still, like with everything that catches my fancy, I 'had' to make 'em macro. And then micro, cause why not. The textures on this aren't final since I'm still uncertain on what color to make each part, but will say that the character this will stem from dislikes being so huge or small.

For an estimate on how tiny the proto is with the dimes; Even 'Clover Mites' are larger than it by almost five or so times.

Weight painting this thing for the new rig was quite a bother when the automatic assignment didn't cover everything...

Edit: While I have been made aware that the design of the model is considered acceptable by another user of this particular model, the fact that I'm using it in (mostly) harmless macro/micro material is what will probably get this canned. If the creator of the species - and to an extent, the creator of this model - does happen across this and deem this unacceptable, do know that I don't plan on doing any modifications to the model that will push it to being actually 'illegal' in terms of design save for textures for the face for different expressions and for the body to make it look more presentable. As stated above, the colors and textures aren't final, and will be subject to change once I've done the initial 'breaking into it' stage of the model's use. I will not even be bothered to attempt to make adopts of this, nor other's OCs of this design.

I'm simply someone who found the model and liked the design of it, yet can't personally stand seeing the models being put into essentially the one place where models go to die, via engine limitations, the community there, or both. I harbor no ill intent with the use of this model other than to make macro/micro art of various critters.
