This is my copy of Ember the Dragon made by 
Phenod's Toys. Ember is made from incredibly soft yet sturdy 0.4-millimeter-thick orange vinyl. Each leg is a separately inflated air chamber. All the legs, the wings, and the body chambers are inflated with their own large number 3 size valve. The toy is almost 9-feet-long and can easily support a rider or two.
