Arrangement: The Merry-Go-Round Broke Down (Looney Tunes)
A significant portion of cartoons I watched growing up involved Bugs Bunny and the whole cast of unforgettable characters that made Warner Bros. a household name. But the thing to remember is that there were two separate series of cartoons: Merrie Melodies, and Looney Tunes (although the latter sometimes is used to refer to the series as a whole). I decided to attempt to do both after being pleased with the result of my take on the Tiny Toon Adventures theme tune.
This is the theme associated with Looney Tunes, "The Merry-Go-Round Broke Down." (The Merrie Melodies theme is entitled "Merrily We Roll Along," which you can listen to here.)
The instrumentation is as follows:
