So seeing as Harvey's new design is sticking I decided to make him an official ref sheet - it was a good opportunity to fine tune a few elements, as well as practice him from a couple angles. Very pleased with it (especially as I really struggle with back views.)

A couple notes:
Forgot on the sheet but my pronouns are he/him.
As boring as it is Harvey is less an OC and more just... me if I was an anthropomorphic goat lmao
The t-shirt says "I came, I saw, I had anxiety, so I left."
Most body markings don't need to be drawn exactly the same - face markings are more precise/important.
