No circles on water which looks like glass, but I doubt it is too obvious until someone would look on the image in details.l And purple face... Well it looks intended like otherworldly view like latex suit takes over. But otherwise dunno maybe it is just me who feels conflicted about those purple colors as water transparent unless there is some purple rocks which might light up reflection in such way. Looks evil and foreboding, maybe like strange land with glassy water and stuck in it fish. Overall I liked that work as well so much.
But probably not big deal it is hard to tell, reflection harmonizes with purple shadow on the sand, so looks not that bad, and even good. So if it is intended congrats with interesting look :).
Latex drawn in same style and material and it is pretty good.
About background maybe someone would say it is unfinished but I like that blurred pastel background. Sorta underlines foreground with lynx and focuses view on him. Well and grass in complete foreground does look actually fitting to show what is really important. And even sets that gradient.
P.S. Hmm come to think Actually the muzzle in the pond looks completely different to his so might sorta suit face :) sorta like other him, or his future fate. So maybe that criticis is a miss.

Thank you, yes, there are a lot of experiments and there is no particular style.

Water and grass are more cartoonish, at first I wanted to make more nuclear colors, but then I saw that the background came out too blurry, initially it was completely soapy.
It seems to me that the colors came out interesting and a sharper background could spoil the art, the eye would cling to the background more strongly.
The water is very cartoony and rough, it’s normal, I’m trying to accustom myself to more abrupt, rough transitions, therefore such sharp lines are also present on the suit.

Yeah I see what you ment, you probably right maybe it is just me or such detail easily passes and discarded as something odd. Not like it makes this image bad, as it is already dream like surreal. :) but you are completely right here his paw indeed over the water, probably too close for me to see, but it is not necessary is for everyone.
