This is a very cool Idea. I like how you draw hands overall and how you rendered the cold/copper metal on her, very nice effect!
Anatomy looks superb and you managed to not let her face look goofy.. Often when I see such Doorknockers they look odd, good job here.
Drawing own Ideas is often not honored enough in this world of Fan-Art, keep it up and draw your own visions :)
