POS Ford im working on, 6 litre diesel... Had to replace the injector pump that was buried under the intake, turbo and most of everything on top of the engine...
That's my hand in the left corner... it's a huge turbo

My friend just had his in the shop getting worked on, had to have the fuel injection control module replaced and the whole engine reprogrammed to the new module, $1,000 later he finds out he's got a bad number 8 injector to replace now on his 05 6.0

Yea injector pumps, injectors, injector driver modules and engines are common problems on the 6.0's

Wooow...the one I'm looking at picking up for my Blackbird is like a tenth that size...but on a little 1137cc motor I think it'll be plenty. That thing's the mother of all turbos!

The turbo is still good... It was tje injector pump that was bad... I just had to remove it to get to the pump

I forget where I heard it, probably on TT, but apparently those 6.0's are POS engines in general, completely faulty and shitboxes in every way possible lol
