I somehow like you both enjoying your craziness about cars :b Wish I had such a girlfriend too XD
I do not know a bit about this model, since that type of Ford is comletely not available in Europe. No matter what, it looks damned nice, you did an awesome job. And since I am a car nerd too, gimme some technical details :b Like, year of manufacturing, omfort electronics, engine power, and whatever there might be X3

Now that is even far more then I would have requested XD I was asking for the elctronics because with American cars it's often like with the engine - damned heavy! In Germany not any car at this size would carry a 4 liters machine! Only the top models of the top brands do. Here such a car would drive around with like 1.4 or 1.6 liters, that's it. How many (real) HP does it have?
Also, are you freaking serious about over 2000 watts of real sound power? Oo"

167.2 horsepower at the rear wheels. Power at engine flywheel unknown. there would be way to work it out but that wouldn't hake into consideration the weight and friction of running gear.
Gets, last time i checked. about 10.5LTR per 100km/h highway or 20ltr per100 if you drive like an idiot round suburbia.
the stereo system has mostly 2005 model alpine R with 2 type-X 12" woofers in tuned enclosure in the boot. There is 2xMRD1005 1000WRMS(3000watt) each, amplifiers driving each woofer at 4ohm. (either 4 or 2. I'm thinking 4 because i remember thinking i wanted to treat the equipment a bit lenient) Each woofer is rated to 1000WRMS.
there is a PDX4.100 400WRMS 4 channel driving 4x7" front splits and 6.5" rear splits.
4awg cable runs from cranking battery to boot battery. 2x4awg cables drive from the boot battery to each amp. longest wire is 1metre. boot battery is 34amp hour (i think) deep cycle. cranking battery is 600CCA.
Also a 120A alternator to keep it charged.
Its a lot of power but one thing you either will know or learn is more power dose not always mean more sound.

That's a pretty heavy thing you have there. Though a 4 liters engine with less than 200 HP sounds pretty little - but it's an old machine XD On the other hand, 10 liters of consumption for such a thing isn't that much. My truck is a 2.3 liters Diesel machine, and takes way more than 10 liters for 100km, which is rather strange at only 130 HP.
I am aware than more power does not mean better sound, it may only mean louder music XD But your sound system would make my best buddy drool XD He's got a volume fetish :b In my Golf I've only got 2x 20 watts RMS, but it's already very loud, and the sound quality is very nice. I wanna put in there some rear speakers, and if that's not enough sound quality, a subwoofer with amplifier will get in the trunk =D
You got any more additional plans for that car?

Not sure. it's always evolving. Power peaks at like 3800RPM and this engine should rev to about 5500. I'm thinking its the intake so gonna chop a wideband 2 stage manifold on. Hopefully it will open it up and let it breath better at high rpm. im expecting a dramatic increase in power but well see. it could be other things causing the low revving but this is what i suspect.
otherwise MABY one day ill put a turbo on it. but im kinda fond of the naturally aspirated at the moment.

XD and this car is VERY popular, it may be 23 years old, but there's still quite alot of them kicking around the place, it'd be rare NOT to see one in any trip u take on the road! XD!! I love this car (thus why i have the ute version of the same model XD) and glad crazy told u the details!!..
