Actually what you normally see here on FA is a departure from my regular style.
Although quick and sloppy this basically reflects the style I had before joining this web site. I am picking it up again though... if only because it is a quicker and much more constructive style to do studies in as opposed to something more toonish.

... it's amazing the blackatudes that come out of people some times A_A ... and I mean the comments, not the drawing.
I like how he looks very believable. Everything in this picture has a very real feeling, like you could take various photography backdrops and he would fit over a lot of them. It's not just a funky character that you have to breath life into the very specific picture to make it sorta look alive. It's very funny to say this on a furry website, but he's got a very human grove to him - meaning that the picture is uber relate-able, and he doesn't seem like just a drawing, or robotic, etc.
