With the pointy cockpit and the blue color it reminds me a little bit of a much smaller version of the Battle Engine (Battle Engine Aquila).
Though this might be because I never played the game this mech originates from.

Holy crap Aquila was like- WAY before it's time.

You'll certainly like looking in to it. The battle engine was pretty unique IMHO.
