Sally Acorn has successfully captured two enemies of the Acorn Kingdom; Fiona Fox, de-facto Leader of the Destructix and Nicollete 'Nic' The Weasel; Jewel Thief and wild gunwoman. Those Ring Collars will keep them from using any special abilities-you know, if the cuffs on them weren't enough to keep them in check. You never know on Mobius.
(Note: I used Sally's Pre-Super Genesis Wave design cause I just like it better and think the reboot was, in hindsight, pointless. No offense to Archie, they couldn't have known that they'd be replaced by IDW.)
