Well, I blew up my inflatable Stitch toy for the first time in a while today only to find a tiny seam split just above his nose. Luckily, the fix wasn’t too hard and is in a low stress area, so it should last a good while. I think he may have picked up the split while in storage. At least it wasn’t too big. This picture shows the result of the repair. From a distance, you can’t even tell it’s there.

I have no clue how the leak happened. I think it may have happened while Stitch was in storage. I’ve had this happen to several other toys in the past where they develop small leaks while folded. Luckily this one was in a low stress area and was easily fixable. He’s holding air perfectly now like it never happened and the repair is near invisible from a distance.
