Let me just remind you that you should sometimes doublecheck your messages for typing errors. You jnow, I'm used to mostly understand you but some people might have a harder time, you see.
Doggett drew this one based of a trade system for socalled Paw Points that  Yusufpaw aquired over time as his supporter (most likely on Patreon), which basically means it got paid for like a commission. Yusuf was just generous and invited me here.

Anyways, I'm sure if you save up in the future on your own, Doggett will happily share his services for you in case you decide to commission him then. Or you can wait and see if such oppurtunities like raffles and the such might come up. X3

Right away before I say anything more, thanks to both your and Yusuf's generosity of sharing time, talent and trade-currencies for bringing a smile to this Slowpoke's face with his beloved Totodile mascot receiving a feature in this totodily aesometastic lil illustration. You guys are wonderful!✨

What I always enjoy are artworks of dudes sharing happy times together, music, cute stuffs. Basically content that makes you happy and you combined all those lovely things into one. Art can express so much positivity, create bonds and joyous memories. It is why I never stop feeling excited to see what people can have their animated characters do in such artworks.
As said, music is definitely also the same way to me. Whenever I feel down, I can (either watch at such cute images in my memory or) listen some nice tunes and get infected by the cool rhythm and fun melodies, sometimes to the point that I wanna sing and dance. It's just that amazing and like healing for your soul and mind.
It's supernice when looking at arts and imagining what characters say, how they might move, and what sounds they might give form them. Same goes with music. You think of images going with the song and see people dance in a nice choreography. It makes each of the both the more fun and is thanks of how nice the performing artists bring out the love for their medium and resonate with the instruments of use.

Each artist on their own has their own style and flavor and it's never ceasing to embrace the various little details and tweaks, the way somebody makes a character design their own and expresses the figures into a nice motif for the watchers in the end.
That said, I can say that you have a lovely talent to make characters look lively and dynamic in terms of expressions, Doggett. I have no idea if like for example Yusuf only described you Yuko's outfit or if you both concepted it together. But what is clear, I think it turned out really cool!
What I like about the way you drew the two Pokéboys here, is that little semi-anthro influence you went with for giving their body stance and limbs a bit of extra definition. It reminds me of various cartoon characters but also is natural and close enough to do their reference material absolute justice.
That combined with those funfilled expressions, the well care for the characters' details and also the background results in quite the jolly art piece. =D

When I looked at Yuko, I already got reminded of his joy for "Naruto" related things so my first ideas for what he could potentially sing would be one of the various anime OPs & ED. What could be fitting for example:
-GO!! (Naruto OP 4😁)
-Parade (Naruto Ending 12🐶)
-Pinoccio (Naruto Ending 14😋)
-Hero's Comeback (Naruto Shippuden OP 1🎶)
-You Are My Friend (Naruto Shippuden OP 2 💕)
Though seems based of his comment above, he is personally thinking of PSY's Gangnam Style as the music, hehe. Fits of course, too, and Shiny will love it all still, just doing his happy dancin. X3

Speaking of Shiny, you drew him really nicely. One could assume that he is also listening the music on his headphones but could also be just taht he's having such big joy in improvising some dance moves here. I also like the way how you made the fringes on his vest appear somewhat fluffy, Doggett. The only small error that you haven't been the first to have had from watching at Shiny's ref sheet is with the bluetooth-MP3-wristband of his. you turned the button layout on it into a spiky bracelet design instead but that's not a problem as Shiny basically posesses that as well. =D

Overall, the two dudes look like they are having a great party together, enjoying the music nicely represented by the ♪ floating around them, they both with the microphone drawn in tall accuracy and giving off a swell comic vibe with the properly applied coloring and linework, accompanied by some nice lil touchups of gradient and cell shading in highlighted spots. A picture happy enough to decorate any karaoke bar with! ^_^

A lovely result that I hope you had fun working on and that I feel honored to have Shiny becoming a part of. I hope you'll keep enjoying your creative works and wish you much luck and joy! You deserve it, Doggett!

Ah, it's not too difficult to sing Japanese songs if you got the Romaji-fonts lyrics. I actually chose a few songs that also feature English lines in them ("We are fighting dreamers!" X3). Singing and listening to music, dancing and anime are all great fun. =D

I will keep enjoying it forever! I'm that kinda dude who quickly finds amazement in all sorts of things. And you're right. Doggett did super! ;3
