I was asked if I could publish these as a collection, so I have. This is the original story of my character, Jakob Pettersohn. Basically it's a DMFA fan-fiction, which was written as a fortnightly series running from June 2006 to June 2008, spanning a total of 39 short chapters.
It has some violence, but I think it would still make PG-13 rating.
If anyone knows how to get hyperlinks to work in PDF files created with Openoffice.org, I would love to know...

Yeah, I found that. That appears to be doing it cross-document. Also I don't know enough about the terminology they're using to even understand half of what it's saying. After about an hour of reading opaque documentation, searching for howtos, having them simply not work and then experimenting, all to no avail, I just said "Fuck it" and gave up.

I kinda understand that this is just lots of prevoius chapters in one, Buuut
For one you metioned something about this being off some other world - what world was that? And a link to it would be awsum.
And secondly i get the picture theres some kind sequal to this but when i checked your gallery i couldn't find any of the sequal - is this being done by someone else or has not even been started yet?
I gotta admit my confusion reminds me only of this expression

Having read it through a couple of times, there's only a few minor points:
The name Johan Cross seems to come out of almost nowhere.
Cubi does not equal Demon. I know most people will still not care about the difference in - universe, but Jakob does self - describe as a demon a couple of times. Beings will be ignorant, but he would know.
OTOH, the "Earth" thing is perfectly fine. It actually makes all the random human cultural stuff floating around make sense - like Mab and her 80s obsession - and, of course, provides the genesis for the pacifism movement.
Other than that, absolutely fine - no conflict that I could see. The things I did notice are really nitpicks, and as I found this after the Project Future comic I knew the significance of Johan Cross - was really a bit chilling reading in that order.

Back when this was written it was still sensible to believe that 'Cubi were in some way related to Angels and Demons. The idea of Jakob retaining some Demon ancestry and the reflexes that would give him has also been obsoleted by the Hybrid Genetics articles in DMFA.
The bit which grates most is about the Phoenix Oracles - that needs some fixing, and it would be nice to fix some consistency problems like Niall being a fox-wolf hybrid in this story and morphing into a grey-coloured fox after Turnsky rendered him that way in this picture:

Overall there are a few things which could be fixed to improve DMFA compatibility and forwards-compatibility with Future History, but at the end of the day I suspect that a lot of my whinging is more "Old Art" syndrome than any fundamental problems.
