If you AB or if you pay 50$ more than your last bid if you won, I’ll make the basic 2D plan of your new house (3 floors). This way, you can choose the look of your house. For example, if you're more into big bathrooms, if you want some special rooms, how do you like your kitchen, etc.
The auction will end 24 hours after the last bid.

Well I don't have the money sadly at the moment >.< if you ever open up Commissions for this I would definitely be interested. I used to play around on Sims all the time making houses but those translate not quite where I want to go with them sometimes :3 plus I'd always kinda get a bit out of hand making them xD like 'damn not enough place to display goodies I find outside... make a basement.. huge, then a basement for the basement.. sorry ramble a bit but I like the idea and got excited >.>;

About the floor's layout, as I said in the rules, I'll only make them if the buyer AB or if he pays 50$ more than his last bid (so, minimum for 75$). The reasons for that are : it was once my job and I know how long it takes to make them (I'll do it all by hand). And most importantly, it allows the buyer to choose the look of their house. For example, if you're more into big bathrooms, if you want some special rooms, how do you like your kitchen, etc.
