Now we get to the part I couldn't last time but I still like how this chapter came out.

Kitsune Love
Brotherly Leaders
Now that everyone had been rescued and the parts needed to cross the pits Izuna had mentioned had been obtained, the group, plus him, Tujik, and Sabu made their way to the place. It wasn’t long before everyone was standing before them. Looking showed that indeed these pits were huge and had a very nasty drop. The way to get across was by a pully system machine that Tujik had mentioned. Looking showed that some parts were missing and thanks to rescuing the two Enjus, the group had them. “Leave it to me!” Sabu said and had the machine in working order. It began to operate, bringing platforms to ride on for those that couldn’t fly.
“Will this support us?” Frankie asked, a bit worried.
“It’s made of more than just rope,” Izuna explained. “It’s got Enju magic to so weight won’t be a problem.”
“Why don’t I fly ahead just to be safe,” Drac suggested.
“Good idea,” Nicholas said and the vampire turned into his bat form before taking off.
The rest then got on the platforms, even those that could fly to take caution. The ride wasn’t that long and soon they had crossed the dangerous area. Drac was waiting for them. “Seem clear,” he told them.
An entrance that was natural was waiting for them. It was like the entrance to the valley where the Enjus lived. The group went through it and found themselves at the back end of the tallest building in the village at the very top of it. And from the design, it was the most impressive looking one. “The throne room can be reached here,” Izuna explained.
Now he led the way inside the building. In just a bit everyone had made it and in a room that had pillars on each side. They were all the colors of the kimonos that the Enjus wore. The carpet on the floor however was dull red in color. Two high back chairs were here but nobody was sitting in them. Where the group had emerged was from a railing section that was up higher. “Whoa… this is it,” Johnny whispered.
“The throne room,” Mavis said in the same volume of voice.
“Come on, I’ll help everyone down,” Nicholas stated and used his power of wind to lower those who couldn’t fly to the ground. The rest who could get there with no problem followed.
“Huh, you know, it’s amazing how far we’ve gotten without being caught,” Vlad commented.
Just then the room was filled with Enju guards, those that weren’t in the main force to attack that the group had seen before. Some murmured in surprise. “Shit,” Nicholas growled, taking a step back.
“You had to say something,” Sakura grumbled to the elder vampire.
These new enemies drew their weapons and the group got ready. “ENOUGH!” went a different male voice.
“That voice..!” Sabu exclaimed.
The guards all looked back to see three Enju emerge from a corner and stood in front of the chairs. They all had the same brown fur, hair color, and even a mask on their face which was dark brown. They even had the same eye color. But one was wearing a dark blue kimono with grey hair that was tied back in a short ponytail. The second wore a kimono that was light blue in color and his ponytail was longer. The final one had two long stains of hair and his kimono was light green. “Despite how many of them there are, is that really a reason to gang up like that?” the one wearing light blue asked.
“I think not,” the one wearing light green stated.
The three Enjus looked to the group. “Come, let us get a closer look at you,” the one wearing dark blue said.
“Come on,” Tujik told the others and they went forward.
“So you were the ones who were spotted. We heard about that. Also I must apologize for how hostile most of us have been acting. Ah, but first an introduction. We are the three Kame brothers. I am the eldest, Ginki.”
“I am the middle brother, Chaka,” the one wearing light blue stated.
“And I am the youngest brother, Kiba,” the one wearing the light green said.
“Now then…” They all sat down and Ginki held out a paw. “Please, sit. We can have a friendly talk.” Some in the group got questioning looks. But some narrowed their eyes with distrust. The Enju let out a sigh. “Or stand, that’s fine to.”
“I don’t blame them,” Chaka told the older sibling.
“Our people really haven’t been themselves as of late,” Kiba said with a slow shake of his head.
“What do you mean?” Nicholas asked.
They all looked to the group. “Did any of you see it?” Ginki asked. “That strange corruption like substance?”
Those in the group looked at each other and then back at the brothers. “Yeah… why?” Sakura replied.
“That is where our troubles started. It just appeared out of nowhere one day. At first we saw a little bit of it. But it began to increase. We were able to counteract it but it became too much. We then discovered the source of where it was coming from. From a temple nearby. We brothers and our parents, the real rulers of this village went to investigate it along with some of our best warriors. But when we got to the end of the place where the source was coming from… everything went wrong…”
“Before our very eyes, our parents were transformed into monsters,” Chaka said. “I can still see it in my nightmares. We were lucky to escape them and seal them in that room. It took all of our strength and power to do so. We regret doing so but we had no choice.”
“For a bit, that seemed to stop it,” Kiba stated. “But then the corruption came back. And even greater still. We brothers have been leading the Enjus, trying to find a way to help our parents. But now the corruption is affecting all of our warriors. It’s driving them crazy, making them angry. And it’s slowly beginning to affect us brothers to. If this keeps up, even we will become aggressive and then the attack will begin. But for now we can hold the warriors at bay while we’re sane.”
“Now I get it,” Nicholas said. “That explains this change.”
“Yes, but still to toss my girlfriend and best friend away like that!” Izuna snarled at the brothers.
“We never gave that order!” Ginki snapped back in anger. He took a deep breath to calm down. “You must understand the guards aren’t acting like themselves.”
“Just let it go,” Sabu told her guy and he took a breath to.
Nicholas then went on to explain why he and the group were here. “Then it’s obvious, they must be here to do what we couldn’t,” Chaka said.
“Wait what?!” Drac exclaimed.
“Dad…” Mavis told him in an exasperated tone.
“I mean… how can we do what they couldn’t?”
“Because most likely they weren’t enough with them with different strengths and talents to help,” Johnny said before Nicholas could speak. “Come on Drac, they seem to have confident in us. So do the dudes down below here. Heck, even the kitsune leaders Nicholas introduced us to!”
“Errr… yeah, what he said,” the male one commented. Nicholas cleared his throat. “In any case, Johnny is right. We’re much more diverse that we should be able to help the Enju before it’s too late.”
“I’m with you on that,” Sakura said with a grin.
“So who else is with me?” One by one, the rest agreed.
“Then it’s settled,” Kiba said. “We’ll take you to the entrance. Err… we would go with you but all three of us have to stay to keep the others from attacking…”
“Not a problem little brother,” the eldest of the siblings commented. “I think it’s more than fair the Enju with them go. It’s a way to make up for what happened to them.” The three who had been through so much trouble nodded. Now it was on and for the real work to begin.

So next up is the place itself. Hopefully that also comes out good.
