While not a real "breed" of Xyntallos, cityborn Xyntallos are bred much like dogs are now. They are bred to look and act a certain way for those who "own" them. These cityborn xyntallos are unable to harness elements and are domesticated. While some may still be able to speak the language of wild Xyntallos, many are not and have formed their own pseudo-language.
