The fourth of September's flood of characters. Duncan has been a long time coming, and the final version here is after a bit of revision. Originally planned for a bit of a tragic story, his character evolved in my head until he became a cheery jokester, and he also gradually shrunk from being a tall, skinny otter to a stumpy little guy. Now he spends all day looking up bad jokes on his phone, ready to unleash them at a moment's notice to the unsuspecting.
