How 31-year-old Lawrence decided to establish his apple cider mill, Swallow Cider Mill, is quite a story. A huge fan of apples since he was a young boy, and with his mother being a talented baker, especially when it comes to apple pie, it came to him that one day, when he grows up, he wants to start his very own apple cider mill. Years passed, and throughout the years, it's become evident to him that the cider mill of his dreams is becoming closer and closer to coming true. Thanks to his countless efforts and not giving up when it comes to them, his dream of opening up Swallow Cider Mill then came to be, turning out to be a very successful business, especially in the fall season. Lawrence is also married to Tiffany, a science professor at a college, and Tiffany very much loves Lawrence's cider as much as her husband does.
