If you were to buy it as-is without the hobby items in the middle [since they haven't been completed yet and were just pasted there to be worked on later], I could do $12USD for it.
If you'd prefer for me to do some more work and lay it out similarly to this recent design https://www.furaffinity.net/view/32972258/ with the hobby items colored and a paw/mouth detail added, it would be $16USD.
