She goes by Captain Phoebe Solson, contract ship captain for interstellar logistics and ferry companies. Expanding her already mile-long service record between worlds, Phoebe's goal is to take on the final frontier as an explorer and discoverer of the mysteries of the universe. She currently works for The Golden Line Cruises and Logistics, one of the largest and most prestigious interstellar enterprises with the task of providing a means of transportation for people and goods.

Phoebe is a high- and free-spirited individual. She absolutely loves to engage in animated discussions with her subordinates and the passengers of her interstellar cruise liners. Phoebe is an up-close-and-personal kind of gal whose talks eventually veer towards intimate topics and, in some cases, results in spending the night together with usually with a person not in a relationship. Phoebe still wears her marriage band; she and her husband have agreed to an open marriage to respect each others' individuality and choice. So far, this seems to have improved Phoebe's commitment in comparison to her two previous, failed marriages. Her overtly affectionate attitude has landed Phoebe in some hot water, however, as gossip accusing her of climbing the ranks through "personal favors" had spread in her employer's administration. The rumors were quickly dismissed when it was determined that no one involved in her promotions had even met Phoebe in person.

Phoebe is typically seen in two uniforms: her official TGL captain's uniform or one of her dresses tailored to her slender frame for attracting the bachelors and bachelorettes on her starliner's roster during dinner parties and dances. However, Phoebe always sets the priorities of her job over her personal needs.
