...I had Messiah and all the gear from him on my first playthrough (except the omnipotent orb, that was gonna be grinding too much for me). THANKS DEMONIC COMPENDIUM!

Omnipotent Orb is a 1% drop chance from Messiah so you're not missing much. Apart from invicibility and girls sucking your dick for 90% of the game.
And the alternative is doing it for free.
