Creeley came over tonight and we collabo'd up a fun bit of forest fantasy <3 You can see the full, uncropped version of the piece over in his gallery, along with everything else that's fallen out of his head and onto the canvas.I know I've mentioned the panel this weekend a couple of times already, but I figured I'd go ahead and make a flyer for it just in case people have managed to miss it.
The panel is called "Digital Zone: Photoshop," and it's happening Saturday, 3pm-4:30pm in the California room, right after
Blotch's talk about a certain rad new graphic novel project coming out(!). So yeah -- come for Blotch, stay for me <3I hope to see you folks there!

The folks attending the panel might have better insights on that than I, but at the very least none of the 40~50 people I kept in a dark room for an hour and a half lobbed tomatoes my way <3
I like the uncropped version, too, but I think I'm just a biiit too much of a composition classicist to resist hacking it into something that follows a few more of The Rules ^_^

Unfortunately, I don't know that I have the cross-country trek in me to get out to AC, but I'll try to look into screencasting or making a tutorial DVD or something at some point here <3
テクスチャも全部kamuiさんが作ってるのかな？ガサガサかさかさした感じがナチュラルな感じでぐうだと思います！
こんなガサガサ絵の場合、テクスチャを３～５枚重ねて使ってます。
もっとサラリに行く場合は１～２枚かな？
テクスチャは自分で作ったりもしますけど、ほとんどはやっぱりネット上で見つけた他人様が撮って、アップしてくださった使用自由のものです。
特にcaleb kimbroughというデザイナーは上々物を次々とアップしてます。無料ですし。
ググって見る価値は有ると思うよ<３
kamuiさんの言っていた通りたくさんイカすテクスチャがあってﾎｸﾎｸしてます(笑)

彼はあっちこっちでアップしてるみたいですけど、とりあえず自分はブログとflickrの方をこまめにチェックするようにしてます！
