Oslac was the son of a tribe leader (who is yet to be named), as the leader's son he was next in line for tribe leader. His Tribe was always at war with another tribe and while his father sought to peruse this war and continue this violent war, Oslac wished to end the cycle of death and blood by going behind his father's back and working with the rival tribe to help bring an end this war and unify the two tribes.

Everything was proceeding as planned for Oslac, that was until his treachery was exposed by one of his father's loyal subjects, his father banished him away and turned the whole tribe against Oslac, they hunted began hunting him down relentlessly, inflicting whatever kind of injury or wound they could in their attempt to kill him from deep lacerations to blunt force trauma. He would have died to the wounds he sustained and blood loss during his escape if it wasn't for a young explorer Azumarill named Osa who rescued him, dragging him all the way back to her ship in hopes that the onboard medic could save him.

Thankfully the medic was able to stabilize him long enough to receive proper medical attention in a specialized pokehospital, he was unconscious and in critical condition for multiple months but Osa stayed at his side each day. using this time she would analyze him as the Naga species was unknown to the entirety of the world, so that she may find a way to help him if or when he was to awaken.

after a long wait, he would finally awaken however he would never be the same as he was on that island because of the blood loss and concussions from the blunt force trauma he suffered severe memory loss with no hope of gaining his memory back at all. He would also revert to a child-like behavior/personality because of this sever brain damage however this didn't stop Osa from taking Oslac in her care, making it her top priority to look after him in his time of need. Oslac also became a mute, meaning he doesn't speak at all


Oslac is currently now a determined yet curious individual who lived on a large hidden island that is inhabited by half pokemon half snake beings like himself but now lives with Osa, Osa continues to explore the unknown but with Oslac now at her side
