Personality:
A calm and thoughtful woman who, unlike the usual icy stereotype, is not chilly but amicable and friendly to deal with. She does not respond strongly or rashly but instead speaks carefully and thoroughly. As a being of nature she believes in letting nature take its course, and while she can be a bit mystical at times she’s generally easy enough to interact with.

Background/History:
Elizabeth keeps her history close to her chest, and she’s been the maiden and shamaness of the Winter Shrine as far as anyone can remember. She has a connection with Lugia and the other birds. Lately however she has integrated more with city life and other people upon the bequest of her boyfriend Pietro, who she visits often. Otherwise she has no relatives, obviously.

Elizabeth is tall and curvy with a smooth blue feathers. She has piercing green eyes and a small dark beak and the usual Articuno crest, and light blue hair. Her tail is blue and flowing and she has a tuft of white and feathers around her collarbone. Her hands are humanoid and her feet are taloned. She can fly using her own power and magic, but not with external wings.

Clothing:
EIther a flowing blue robe, shorter or longer depending on how she feels at the time.
Kinks:
