Garlic, broccoli, herb, 6 itallion cheese stuffed chicken.
backed over a bed of stewed tomatoes.
Ingredients.
3 good sized boneless chicken breasts.
2 cans stewed tomatoes.
about 1 package of 6cheese blended itallion cheese
1/2 a good sized stalk of broccoli
3 tablespoons Ms. dash Garlic, basil, tomato seasoning.
5 garlic cloves minced.
Directions.
Cut the stalks off the heads of the broccoli peices and chop the floweretts up nicely, about a medium chop is fine. put that in a bowl and dice the garlic up decently and add that to the bowl as well. Add almost the whole bag of cheese, and mix in the Ms. dash seasoning to the stuffing, and toss well to mix it all up.
in a pan about the size of the three breasts side by side (i think it was a 11X6pan or something close) put the two cans of tomatoes (drained if you wish) into it and gently mash the tomatoes with a fork, spread more of the dash across them and set aside.
Take the breasts and find a spot on them that's thick and easily cut and slice them in half, then if theres still a really thick section slice it a bit as well, then liberally stuff the chicken with the cheese mixture and lay them ontop of the tomatoes, (there should be about a half cup of mixture left over) and spread that over the top of the chicken and add a bit more cheese over the top.
Put into an oven at 350degrees for 45minutes or untill the chicken is clean when poked, or sliced open.
