as a nerd note:
In latinamerican spanish, when X-men cartoon show was aired, his name was translated as 'guepardo', the funny thing is guepardo is cheetah in spanish. The funnier fact is that in Spain, it was translated as 'Lobezno' , the spanish term to call the wolf pups or wolf cubs (I don't know what is correct)
