Actually have you played Warhammer 2 (you can buy it on steam). It is the number one strategy game if you love commanding small high pitched adorable blue lizard boys, not to mention buff as hell crocodile and dinosaur anthros (and their models are incredibly well done). Not to mention they are actually good guys instead of being all evil, and they are not just a bunch of savages like many games/media typically portray lizardmen. AND THEY RIDE DINOSAURS, T-REX/TRICERATOPS JUST EVERYTHING . At least watch their trailers and their intro cutscene,

Oh, I forgot to mention that this game actually features the skinks themselves (same ones from Blood Bowl).

Well it is the lore universe where the skinks originate from first of all, basically they are Aztec space dinosaurs. Total war Warhammer 2 is a real time strategy game where you command massive regiments in live action battles, that also includes dragons and dinosaurs and other terrors as well. Just watch the trailers that I stated in this post, and the other trailers for the other races too if you have time. It shares the same universe as Blood Bowl and Vermintide, other games on Steam (are you a PC gamer?), so it would make perfectly sense to have a playable small blue lizard thing in Vermintide.

I'm a big fan of Blood Bowl, myself.
