Meet Cyril, my newest character!
In addition to being a cutie, he's the offspring of a rabbit who got a bit frisky with a fae spirit. Hailing from a backwater village, once he became of age he began traveling the world in an effort to learn magic.
His fae blood gives him increased magical potency, especially during spring at which point his antennae radiate excess energy in the form of light, but during the winter, they wilt and fall off, and he loses any and all connection to magic. Whereas normal mortals can practice magic, during the winter he is totally powerless.
