Well, in what word can i describe him? Bastard.
This is Shakur, another (after Diabolik ofc) representative of the insect-like race, cayan. The killer, the sadist, the cannibal, has a mental disorder (which is already clear) and constantly changing mood. Also very obsessed with sex.
It has poison, cobwebs and can pierce someone’s chest of one of the limbs on its back.
He has lines with Alik, Eil, Kano and Dea'adh.
