Redrew my OC BittyKitty as a chibi again. The original was drawn way back in 2008, and her outfit was based on what was my favourite song, by my (still) favourite band, Welcome to the Black Parade by My Chemical Romance.

I thought I’d given the silver gel pen enough time to dry, but obviously I didn’t, so it smudged a bit. Managed to get it off the scanner though.
I love how bright the silver is in real life! Not bad for a gel pen from IKEA. You're kind of missing out with the scanned image to be honest.

I tried a different way of doing the hair, which is why there is inconsistency with the other drawing I posted of chibi BittyKitty. Also I’m inconsistent. Which explains her arm. I did not mean for it to be that scrawny. I may have inked the wrong line, or just didn’t notice until today when I coloured her. That is more than likely the case. (It is, I just looked at the sketch.)

But it's all practice and learning. I don't usually draw my OCs and the chibi style, though simplistic, is still a bit harder that one would think. I will get it right and consistent eventually.
