- Get a full original sized image without the watermarks of the character after buying it (with transparent background in png format, or white background in jpg format)
- Change the design after purchase as much as you like (gender, sex, accessories, colors, bodytype, anything and everything)
- Use the design for roleplaying, for your own personal projects, etc.
- You can resell the design with the original purchase price (+add the amount of additional art of the character to the resell price)

Consult risumiru (at deviantArt) / sugarlace (at Furaffinity) for a possibility to use the bought character design in small press self-publications such as zines and prints, Patreon / ko-fi (etc.) reward illustrations

- You can NOT sell the original picture as a print or as a digital download product
- You can NOT sell the original design with higher price than you bought it from me (Except if the character has commissioned art pieces of them that comes with the re-sale)
- You can NOT claim the original picture's design and the art being created by you (I still own the rights to my own art work)
- You can NOT use the character design for commercial use, unless stated otherwise
- You nor I can NOT sell the same character design and the rights to multiple persons.
- I WON'T offer a trading option for another character design unless stated otherwise.
- I will NOT provide the original picture in it's original format with separate layers to the new owner.
- I can NOT edit the character design that has been put on sale after the purchase, unless stated otherwise, or without asking - for an extra fee for the extra work on the illustration.

NOTE:
- On the case of both auctions and a flat sale, I have right to choose people to have business with (decline an offer), as much as the customer has a right to choose whether to practice business with me or not, before any transactions has been made.
- If you fail to complete the agreed payment plan, and therefore the transaction as well that you agreed on, I will not refund the part you have already sent, as you have failed to follow the rules for the transaction / T.O.S..
- In the future I will not sell my designs to a person who has failed to follow the T.O.S..
