So this is a character I made WAAAAAY back in the early 2000's as just a fan character in the sonic universe. I never did much with him and he kinda just collected mental dust in my head until I was rummaging around in some old pic's I got from back then. I saw him and figured I would get something a bit more updated. So here he is now with a proper name. :)
I know sonic birds typically don't have wings but meh...i like them so he has them. Further bits of his backstory I will make known if anyone is interested.
