Waverly is just about as old as Zanebono when it comes to creation. She looks vastly different now, but I prefer her this way.
Now, about Waverly: She's quite stubborn. She likes singing, gardening (obviously), dancing, White Zinfandel, jewelry and sleeping. Waverly tends to be careless, and at times, air headed. Zanebono is head over heals for her, and though she feels the same way, she's much more quiet about it (truthfully, she's embarrassed).
I may edit this later to add the expressions, but we shall see! You may read a little about Waverly at my website.

What an absolutely adorable design! I could be a bit biased, since human-faced creatures are one of my favorite things ever, but there's still a charming, earthy appeal here I don't see often in people's original characters.
You have such an interesting coloring technique; dark inky lines with rough texture as a backdrop. It's like something I'd see carved onto wood, hidden away from prying eyes and only rewarding the curious.
