I got inspired to do these lyrics after doing two pics of my character Draco with 's Espresso. So if you all don't know, Draco travelled to visit The Coffee Cat, famous coffee shop owned and ran by Espresso C. Lion. Unfortunately, a impaired driver crashed into it and caused enough damage for the shop to be closed for a while. Since then Espresso has gotten fat and a little lazy, but he still can brew great coffee. Both him and Draco have become good friends as they hung out together,Draco has thought of a great tune song for Esse as he writes the lyrics on the napping lion's belly. The file above is the lyrics while the rest of the descriptions is a story to go with it.

"Esse, hey Esse wake up." Draco gently calls down as he tickles Espresso's nose, as he bent down on the lion's big belly. Letting out a yawn, Espresso exhaled a mouth full of coffee scented breath. Opening his eyes and scratching himself, Espresso looks up at his little dragon friend and smiles.

"Hey Draco, I see your still around, so what's up?" Espresso asks as he wrapped his arms behind his head.

"Well as laid on your belly and watched you nap, I thought of a great tune for your shop and possibly a song I can play." Draco answers. "I call it, Coffee Time Again."

"Oh? the name sounds good, how does it go?" Espresso asks with interest.

"Ever heard of KISS?"

"Yes I have, their a good rock band, but I think they should retire soon."

"I basically changed the lyrics to their song Cold Gin with my lyrics. I'll use a sing-a-long version to sing it to you." Draco sits himself up on Espresso's belly and readies himself to perform. Espresso adjusts his position so he's in between a sitting and laying position. This causes his belly to shift around with Draco on it, but luckily Draco didn't fall off and continues ready himself. "Do you have a Bluetooth speaker?"

"Yes I do." Espresso pulls out a blue speaker and hands it to Draco. Linking it to his smart watch, Draco starts playing a sing-a-long of Cold Gin. Placing the speaker down, Draco can feel the music vibrate through Espresso's belly. This causes the lion to giggle a bit as he listens to Draco's demo. He taps his rear paws on an imaginary surface to the rhythm of the beat.


"Whoo, alright
My snoozer's broke and I'm so tired
I need some fuel to build my fire
The brewer's on, the coffee's done, yeah
The first mug's nice, I'll drink it down"

"Here comes the chorus." Draco tells Espresso, inviting the lion to join.

"Ooh, it's coffee time again
You know it'll always win
Coffee time again
You know it's the only thing
That keeps us together, ow"

The duo sing to the chorus as Espresso pretends to play the drums, Draco is doing air guitar.

"It's time to leave and get the heck to work
A short stop at The Coffee Cat
Ha ha, the blackest stuff is all I need
To get me through my work day, yeah"

The duo prepare to sing the chorus.

"Ooh, it's coffee time again
You know it always win
Coffee time again
You know it's the only thing
That keeps us together, ow"

The duo continues to rock out as the final chorus draws near.

"Whoa yeah
Ooh,it's coffee time again
You know it'll always win
Coffee time again
You know it's the only thing
That keeps us together, ow"

With the final notes played, Draco lays on his back flat as the duo breath heavily from the adrenaline rush and rock music. "You're amazing Draco, you know that?" Espresso says, sitting himself up, causing Draco and the other objects to slide off and on the ground from his belly.

"I know I am, just never thought I'd be able to write good lyrics like that." Draco sits himself up as looks up at the fat lion's face. "You really liked it?"

"Liked it? I loved it. It tells the view of a everyday worker's morning and how important a cup of Joe is to him or her. I wouldn't believed it if someone told me the lyrics were written by a twelve year old after he drank decaffeinated iced coffee I brewed! And the song you based it on, wow, adrenaline rush man."

"Im glad you loved it." Draco gets up and leans up against the lion's belly as he sinks a bit into it. He looks up and the both of them smile at each other. "Does this mean I have your approval?"

"It sure does, however I think you'll need KISS's permission to do the song since they own the melody itself. But you have my full support." Espresso says, picking Draco up so they're at eye level.

"Aw, thanks Esse." Draco hugs Espresso, the lion hugs him back as they are shaded by the tree branches above them.
