Calming the Kyuubi's Rage Part 1

It has been a hellish time for Daren since he became a Kyuubi. His rage, which is relatively easy to trigger if one pressed the right buttons, has become far, far shorter to the point that he feels nothing but anger. And, because this form has a tremendous amount of chakra within him, he could destroy a house with a wave of his tail. Daren tries his best to suppress his anger issues, but it's like boiling water in a pot and hoping that it'll not turn into steam.
Basically, Thursday if it was always Thursday.
However, a certain green kitsune came to him when Daren was in a park; his anger has already set a tree on fire when a branch fell on top of him. This kitsune has a brilliant idea, which is to teach Daren how to use hand seals and meditations to calm himself. So, Daren went into his home and performed said hand seals and meditation.
If only he did his research.
