July is a young pokemon new to the arts, and can be careless and get carried away at times, but she is very loving and friendly if not mischievous at times playing practical jokes on her friends and partners.

She is also a art student at pokemon academy, and loves trying her paw at making new designs and improving her craft. July is highly motivated to keep improving, and friendly competition with her classmates when applicable. that being said she does enjoy a good battle every now and then, and she tries to leave her own artistic mark on the battlefield <3

Lastly July has the ability to use Heart swap as a special move and uses it often for fun, or sometimes to confuse her opponents in battle, so make fun of July and you might find yourself having to walk a mile in the Smeargle's paws.
