Bought this lovely guy from  NUsEN

Powers: Can drop the temperature around Him to −50 °C, can create ice (used in a giant burst creating glacier like ice on top of ground with inter working tunnels, or rarely for defense/attacking), ice collar (can make an ice collar on a person (collar will have spikes on it that are like his back spikes)), ice teleportation (he turns him self into ice and then crumbles into a broken ice mess on the floor, tho the ice stays he'll be reformed somewhere else by ice slowly building him back up), has some electric powers (closely relate to electrical storms), he can stay underwater for 4 hours.
Design notes: his spikes/horns are thick ice like gems so they are smooth, his body fur is short (like a seals) but his tail fur is longer, he's the size of an great dane.
What is a maw? Unfortunately I am still working on an explanation sheet.
