Yup, that's Towers!
I didn't actually live there—I hopped between a few schools and then lived off-campus by the time I got to UConn—but I did visit almost every building on the campus for an IT mule job.
I think I referenced random dormitory photos for this, because I remember the cinderblocks being visible in the walls of most dorms, as well as every room in Towers probably having a bunk bed. But hey, it still feels like UConn! Enjoy the manure!
Also, you had that exact dresser, and so did I at an entirely different school. Probably most American university students had that thing.
