But usually it is not practical to wear a handcuff like this on the front.
It could be too noisy.And in the way I wear the EDR radio,spray,alarm/tracking device,baton holder loop,and when going to a tower an ammo belt for the gun( a KGP-9 or an AMD-65 here).

It is better at the backside and safer in a sleve.
