Once again am here... another silent night
laying in bed... looking at the side of it and seeing
no-one there, I am one again, alone.

Silence and I are more than friend
you can say that me and it have a intimate
relationship, silence is the only thing that really
comforts me on these night but still that doesn't
rid the fact that I am again only.

I say that I don't want a relationship, I say that
love is a joke, I say gettin' tied down is for saps
but deep down, I just want someone that I can call my
on, but I never show it, I never show that side of me
the side of wanting to love.

And now... as I lay here again, another night... my quiet
mistress comforting me through another night, I sigh and
look at the empty side of the bed and ask.
