Ok let me make a lame tutorial for you XD You make color layer under outline ( I do one for each color but your choice XD ) Know you select fuzzy select tool and select the area you wanna color. Now select the layer with color.
But don't fill it with color yet. Go to Select then Grow and enlarge it by one and clicc ok. Now fill the color layer.
The stupid white line should be gone. But it still won't fill those sharp edges... So you'll have to fill those manually.

Sabre: A half demon half human form another dimension. By using a dimension travelling spell he trapped his soul in a Shadow clone body ( imagine the shock at first XD ) But he found that his new location is much better than from where he cam so he decide to stick with it. Sabre is a weapon master and posses the ability to summon various weapons at will from his "Soul-Space" He's pretty much a handful but he'll stick with his friend to the end
