Brooke's a bit of an oddball. And three-foot-nine, she understands that people view her as cute. She grew up hearing it, and it only got worse as she got older, since her height peaked at a young age! In high school she was able to express herself a bit more, and so when her parents helped get her a wardrobe to pick out she went for... well, she seemed to fall in line with the goth crowd. (Justine playfully ribbed Isabella for exposing her daughter to such things, though Izzy denies having been involved in such fads in her youth.)
Of course, being part feline means she's rather certain of herself, being part cow means she's adorable, and being part ram means she tends to express her annoyance with (mostly harmless) headbutts... It seems that someone obviously didn't understand that her dress is supposed to be "edgy," and not "cute!" She'll have a stern word with them soon enough...
This was an adorable chibi piece done up by LillyVaine! I adore how Brooke came out, as well as the dress~ I was able to snag a couple pieces to help support them getting new glasses! As someone that wears glasses, I understand how important they are, as well as how expensive they can get.
