With the current Area 51 fun and memes I figured that I'd join in on the fun and make an Alien themed adopt! 👽

My idea for this adopt was to create an Alien who walks among the humans (Errr antho furries? They would probably fit in a bit better at a furry convention lol) and gets way too invested into how humans view them and the culture surrounding aliens in general. They also use this as a way to disguise them self by wearing an alien mask to hide their actual alien eyes and face. I was originally going to give them antenna and another set of ears too but I think that they look a bit more alien without the additions to be honest so I ended up taking them out and just keeping the split tail instead.

Normally I usually only offer adopts like these for Paypal offers only buuut I really wanted to include you all in on the fun too! So they will be an OTA so that everyone can join in ~

Rules:

- As some of you may know my TOS has currently changed. If you win the adopt you must fill out and agree to my TOS before you pay for the adopt. This is non-negotiable.

- By placing an offer on this adopt you are agreeing to my rules and TOS. By breaking my rules and TOS you will:

A. Not win the adopt if you break them before winning the adopt

B. Be blacklisted from all of my future auctions and adopts

- If someone has already placed an offer on this adopt please reply to their offer or place your offer in the offer here comment thread so that all previous bidders know that they have been outbid. You may not block a previous bidder to prevent them from knowing that they were outbid or that a new offer has been placed, I will check and if I catch anyone doing this I will personally take action against you immediately. If you suspect someone has done this please let me know right away!

- Once you place an offer you may not retract your offer (The only exception is if it is a money offer and something came up where you need it more then buying this adopt. For example you're short on rent, you are starving and need to buy food, your pet got sick and you need to cover vet bills, ect. Non-valid exceptions is if you found another adopt that you want more, you didn't check to see if you had enough before offering and offered more then you have, ect.). If you need to retract your offer you must contact me about it first or you may end up getting blacklisted.

- You must be able to complete your offer within 24 hours of me asking for payment (Unless if it's a com or personalized physical item). If I do not receive payment I will contact the next best offer.

- If offering art, a custom, or a YCH you must have:

A. Accurate Examples of your Art/Designs that you are Offering. If the art received is not the same or at least similar quality as the art offered the issue will be taken up with the rest of staff and consequences will follow.

B. Proof for your examples (Please watermark it to prevent your proof from being stolen)

You must give updates. If a sketch is not complete within a week I will refund you anything else you have paid for the adopt previously and choose someone else's offer.

C. Halloween Art must be done within 3 Weeks (So I can use it for Halloween).

D. After the Sketch if you do not finish the art or respond to asked updates within a reasonable time I will cancel the offer (You will be compensated for the sketch of course and refunded for anything paid previously but you will not receive the adopt)

E. Please do not offer art if you have never done commissions or finished a commission before. There are no exceptions to this rule, sorry.

- If offering an Adopt you must have:

A. Valid Proof that you made the adopt (Unless if you are Verified) or Proof of Ownership/Resell Permission

- Once you own the adopt you may not resell the adopt for more that you bought it for unless if you buy or draw art for it. You may not raise the price of the adopt for free or gift art! (More about this can be found in my TOS)

- You must still tell me when you resell this adopt and who you sell it to. This is so that I can keep track of where my adopts are going and so that if someone does attempt to steal them then I know who the actual owner is and I can contact them. Please do the same thing and notify the buyer to do the same as well so that I can keep my adopt records updated. More in depth details can be seen in my TOS.

- You have full permission to make any changes that you'd like to this adopt after you have won it!

- If you win the adopt you will receive the unwatermarked version after I have received full payment but you may not remove my signature or design credit.

- You may not steal, trace, or replicate this design in any way as that is considered theft.
