A single panel from a test comic. I am forever searching for the right look. I kind of like this though, the coloring isnt so complex that it would take too long to do for every page.

I like how this one looks. It's sort of like grandiose expectations of the future vs human functionality. You have the pod bed and the sterile white environment, but then you also have beer bottles, inspirational posters and utility wires. It allows the reader to relate to the comic more, by being able to envision themselves living a similar life.
As for the art style in general, I suppose you could play around forever and never stop coming up with styles that work for you. I'd settle for whatever lets you produce the timeliest good work you can, as opposed to perfection. Especially as the story develops some of your detail work could be lost on people too focused on the story itself.

I think that would be great for a comic, its clean and refined while retaining its style and substance. Its easy to distinguish the details and its implying a story to me without any words or context. The colours work really well, Lupine's fur differentiates him clearly from the background and shows him as the main subject against the cool creams of the space station. its also really expressive and holds alot of nice tones. I'd love to see a comic in this style or something close to it. Hope it pans out well for you!
