Found a frisky little friend at work the other day. Not sure of the exact variety of Collared Lizard but it hung around all day, hiding behind file cabinets and popping out from time to time - left the door open but it didn't seem to want to leave.
Edit: I found her again Monday afternoon - she had been locked in the command post for the weekend. Better image of the Collard Lizard. Managed to get her to head out the door and back into the brush.

Hehe should have seen the heavy hitters that were hunting those things in the guard shack in the summer, scorpions and 6 inch plus long centipedes. I hate those things - been bitten by both in the past. Even had a few sun spiders come in - damn those have a bad attitude... All got to meet my boot sole. The lizards, are just fine by me. Had a very young one of the stripey ones with the blue tail coming in and out of the shack a lot this past month - one of this years hatchlings.
Now I'd love to have this little guy hanging around at work https://www.sciencemag.org/sites/de.....?itok=xBzepv0R
