We aren't alone. I can feel an overpowering presence now in my mind. I cannot see, but I can feel the changes spreading down my body. Before I couldn't open my mouth to drop the sword, but now I am losing control over everything else too, like someone or something is puppeting my limbs as I become unable to move. It doesn't look like Nightfirer is faring better at whatever is happening to him. The shield has grown massive, and although he still appears to look canine, he is clearly being transformed as his face, fur, and paws take on different look. The same must be happening to me...
