He's a big fan of Paper Mario, and apparently thought one of my OCs would be a good choice to replace Flavio, for what I can only assume are nefarious reasons.
Actual Flavio is probably tied up in a closet somewhere while Oratorio here pretends to be him, but it'll be fine. Inviting dangerous trickster deities on your boating voyages is pretty much the only thing that hasn't ever caused a horrible sailing accident, which obviously means it's a great idea.
