Another Lovecraft-ish inspired thing, a little tamer then the last one.
I have yet to get done the other thing I need to get done today, so as much as I could nitpick this to death I'm going to go do what I need to do. Ta ta.

Thanks! The pencil sketches vary, for the two Lovecraft pieces I'd done the sketches sometime last November at a con. Probably spent an hour or two working them out since the subject matter was fairly new and I had to bend my mind all different ways (for the first one, mostly). I spent a few hours apiece coloring them digitally.
I can't google for it right now, but it was a series of PS2 JRPGs set in the early 20th century. It wasan RPG but it's plot had quite a few horror aspects to it such as demonic possession, various nasty rituals and ghosts. The monster design in particular was quite Lovecraftian in places. First one's quite rare, and the others introduced more comedy to lighten the mood.
Transcendental and nauseating. I love the infinite ocean in the background, the horizon line probably entailing a civilization subject to The Invasion below an apocalyptic sky cloaked with nimbus clouds. I yearn to be in such a timely scenario, and simultaneously, I do not. Excellent piece.
